The hottest dish this side of the Pacific Ocean. Named for the fiercest and deadliest warrior of the Three Kingdoms period. The Zhang Liao will introduce your digestive system to pure pain. It starts off with out famous chicken, marinaded in our super-secret "Death Sauce", and smothered with fiery Thai peppers, green onion and garlic. The Zhang Liao is only served extra spicy.
